What is the skincare concierge?

We are trained by all our partners regarding the products that our store owns.
Our skincare concierge team knows all the details, ingredients and tips & tricks for each one of our products.
Upon request, they will make sure to help you through the process of choosing the best products for your skin.
Make sure to contact us in case you need extra details or you simply don't know what could work best for you.

Are your products original?

Yes, all our products are original.
We closely work with our brands, in order to offer you the best skincare shopping experience and products in the beauty industry.

Are your products "Clean"?

Yes. All our brands hold high standards when it comes to clean formulation.
They are also sustainable, cruelty-free and use recyclable packaging.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable. However the gift boxes come in a white packaging that is meant to be kept.
If you choose to recycle the white box, make sure to remove the magnet that keeps the lids closed.

Shipping questions

How fast will I receive my order if I am based in Romania?

We offer next day delivery for all orders placed in Romania, from Monday to Thursday, before 5pm.
Orders placed On Thursday and Friday will be received on Monday.
All orders placed during the weekend will arrive Tuesday.
For those who are based in Bucharest, upon request, we offer a same day delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries.

How fast will I receive my order (EU Countries)?

Depending on your selected service, you can receive you order as soon as one week.
For standard delivery, shipping takes between 7-14 days.
Make sure to check the tracking number provided to see the status of your order.

Returns questions

Can I return an unopened product?

Yes, you can definitely return unopened products.
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep it or not.
However, for products that don't have a seal (some shampoos, styling products, or other products that do not come in a box), we cannot receive the returns.
If there is any risk that they might have been opened, contaminated or affecting the expiration date, we cannot take them back.
Once a product has been opened, and exposed to air, its shelf life reduces significantly.
The returning fee is supported by us, for all orders placed in Romania.

Can I return orders from EU?

Yes, unopened products can be returned.
However, for products that don't have a seal (some shampoos, styling products, or other products that do not come in a box), we cannot receive the returns.
If there is any risk that they might have been opened, contaminated or affecting the expiration date, we cannot take them back.
Once a product has been opened, and exposed to air, its shelf life reduces significantly.
The only difference is that for European orders, the return cost is supported by customers.

How fast can I receive my refund for returning orders?

After receiving the returned goods, our team will decide if the items were unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
For returns placed in Romania, that qualify for refund, please allow up to 5 working days, so that the transfer goes through.
For International refunds, please allow between 7-14 days.
Please keep in mind that this varies by bank and method of payment, and that PayPal transactions are automatically available.

What if my foundation shade doesn't match?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or receive returns for opened products.
Please contact our Skincare Concierge Team, to help you find the perfect match, when it comes to make-up.
This way, you will avoid returning your foundation or complexion products.

Beauty Deals

How can I receive my Beauty Deal?

To receive your Beauty Box or your chosen gift product, you have to follow all the steps:

1. Check if your order value qualifies for the campaigns;
2. Add the selected Beauty Box or Free Product to your shopping bag;
3. Insert the specific code (listed under each campaign) at checkout;
4. Enjoy your gifts!

Can I receive my Beauty Deal without completing the steps?

No, unfortunatelly, since our stock for each campaign is limited, the Beauty Deals will only be sent for those customers who want the deals and follow the steps.

Can you provide support for the Beauty Deals?

Anytime, of course!
If you want to benefit from the Beauty Deals, but you need assistance, feel free to contact us anytime before checking out.

Can I select the shade or scent for the products listed in the campaign?

Yes, for some items you can select your favourite shade or scent, as long as it is in stock.
Feel free to contact us for support when the free product has this option (ex: foundation, lipstick etc).

What if I want to return my order? What happens with the Gifts?

Unfortunatelly, all customers who sign up for the Beauty Deals campaing will lose their right to return the products.
