- RETURN POLICY
The Buyer may refuse the Products ordered and delivered if they do not correspond to the description displayed on the Website.
The Buyer has the right to notify the Company in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
In order to be accepted by the Company and have a refund issued, the product must be intact and unopened.
In case the product needs to be exchanged due to a malfunction, the Seller must be notified in maximum of fourteen working days after the order has been received by the Buyer.
The date of receipt of the Products is the date of their takeover from the representative of the courier/transport company. This date can be verified and demonstrated by the delivery documents handed over by the courier/carrier.
Skin, hair care products, and cosmetics that have been opened and/or unsealed or do not have the original packaging cannot be returned. Perfumes, creams, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, nail polishes, and sprays that are for permanent sale and/or cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions may also not be returned.
The products bought in the set from the Beauty Deal section of the Website can only be returned in full (the whole set), with the packaging in which the product set was sent. The return of the product set is not accepted if any of the products in the set has been opened, or, as the case may be, unsealed, does not have its own packaging or the packaging has been damaged
The Buyer shall bear the additional costs related to the return of the Products in case of renouncing the purchase of the Product after receiving it. Additional costs are any costs of transport, delivery, costs generated by the decrease in the value of the Products as a result of repeated handling, postal charges, or charges of any other nature.
The return of the Products is made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products, based on the return form which can be accessed here and, to be taken into account, the return form can be sent no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of receipt of the product.
Thus, according to the LAW, the period of return of a Good or waiver of a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good – if the Buyer orders through a single order Multiple products that will be delivered separately,
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last piece – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he/she will be able to fill in online the return form found at the address www.savinskin.com.
If the Client / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must also return any gifts that accompanied the product without them having been used, unwrapped or unsealed.
If the Order is paid, the Company will reimburse the amount paid within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing the Company by the Buyer of its decision to withdraw from the Agreement.
The reimbursement of the amounts within 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of the Products at the SAVINVIBE headquarters is made to the bank account compulsorily indicated by the Buyer in the Return Form.
The refund of the amounts collected, if the Buyer does not want another product, will be made by bank transfer, to the account indicated in writing on the Return Form by the Buyer.
Depending on the method of delivery of the Products selected by the Buyer on the Website, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount resulting from the retention by the Company, from the amount paid by the Buyer, of the amounts related to the transport and delivery expenses.
There is no return for Products that:
- exceed the term of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt;
- present malfunctions which haven’t been notified in the 14 days after the Buyer received the order; Anything that exceeds the three days will be accounted as an error due to inappropriate maneuvering of the products by the Buyer;
- products that do not arrive at our warehouse intact, due to damage by the Buyer or inadequate packaging by the Buyer to withstand return transport;
- Orders which benefited from the Beauty Deals Campaigns and received free gifts for minimum order value;
- Products listed on sale/final sale;
- have undergone a final liquidation of stock, as a result of which the Buyer benefited from a price reduction;
- were purchased from the showroom and, although they had some defects, the Buyer accepted them and benefited from a corresponding price reduction;
- have been distinctly personalized at the Buyer's request;
- show traces of impact or damage;
- shows visible traces of wear;
Also, the following cannot be returned:
- Products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the Company cannot control, and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed by the Buyer;
- Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.
- Products that cannot be verified to be unopened (shampoos, mascara, other makeup products and products that do not come in a box or are sealed from our suppliers, etc) cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Being unable to check if a product has been opened presents a health risk and when exposed to air, the products start to deteriorate, meaning that our company is not able to resell the returned goods.
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that has been unsealed after delivery.
- the digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium, if the supply began with the prior express consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal.
The products must be returned in the original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased), with all accessories and the initial label, intact, without traces of use, damage, striking, and traces of adhesive or other such substances.
For the Products picked up by the Buyer directly from the showroom/ warehouse, for which the Buyer had the possibility to directly verify the quality and specifications presented, the return conditions set out in this section do not apply.
Failure to comply with the above conditions, as well as putting the product, by any means, in a state unsuitable for resale, leads to the refusal of the return. If a Buyer repeatedly performs returns of Products, the Company may at some point refuse a new return, resell new orders or proceed to disable the Buyer's Account.
