How to use
FOR: all skin types, including sensitive skin
Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint sets in 10-15 seconds.
Sweep the cushiony wand along your eyelid for a bold metallic payoff, or use your fingers to gently blend it out to a diffused wash of color.
Regarding tools, they work best with a flat brush, such as ILIA’s Shadow Brush.
You may also use ILIA’s Blending Brush to blend into the crease before it dries.
For best results, we recommend applying this quick-dry formula to clean skin one eye at a time.

ILIA’s Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tints make an excellent layering base that emphasizes the color of the powder shadows.
With that said, you will not need an eye primer, as this product dries down quickly and is budge-proof once set.
Using ILIA’s Natural Brightening Eye Primer underneath may cause the texture to catch across the lid.
This will vary depending on an individual’s eyelid shape and oil production.
On drier lids, ILIA’s internal testing shows that these will last a full day into the evening.
For oilier eyelids, unless set with a powder shadow, the oil breakthrough can appear sooner.
These shadows do not crease. However, much like wear time, the way in which the formula interacts with an individual can vary from person to person. Generally, Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint resists creasing.

Founder's story
Driven by her concern for “green washing”, her mother’s attentiveness to diet, healthy living and homeopathy which helped her brother, Zachary Ilia, to cure his acute asthma and severe allergies, Sasha Plavsic slowly started the creation of ILIA in Vancouver, 2011, a clean beauty line which is out to prove that functionality and stability can work hand in hand when it comes to achieving and maintaining your healthy skin and your good looks.
Throughout her twenties, Sasha was interested in design and typography, studying in London and New York, and working for brands such as Cartier, in marketing and branding.
This experience gave her a good understanding of the world of business which she later on used when she returned to Vancouver and founded the beginnings of ILIA.
The name, ILIA, is Slavic in heritage and has a double meaning.
It comes from their great grandfather who was a high-end shoe designer from Belgrade, in former Yugoslavia and it means hand made shoes and also organic and healthy, which captures the brand.
